2 Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on jaya9. If multiple members of the same person or family use the same device, IP address, or banking details, this may be monitored. Operating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes is a breach of the terms and conditions, and as a result all accounts may be closed.

2.2 Registration Information

If an account is opened with false or incomplete information, jaya9 reserves the right to close it at any time and forfeit any unearned benefits.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must immediately notify the jaya9 support team. The member bears full responsibility for any loss resulting from misuse of the account.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

To register as a member and use the services on jaya9, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Age must be declared at registration, and jaya9 may verify this information at any time by requesting an identity document or other supporting document. If a person under 21 opens an account, it will be cancelled and all deposited funds will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

jaya9 is committed to protecting minors from gaming. If a parent or guardian learns that their child is using the platform, please notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Other Eligibility Conditions

If fraudulent activity is proven, all funds will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jaya9 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the wagering requirement must be met, which is 10 times the bonus amount. That means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered for a ৳1,000 bonus.

5.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gaming activity.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited, and only the original deposit will be returned.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is in progress.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

jaya9 regularly runs various promotions, including weekly recharge bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, birthday special rewards, friend referral rewards, and slot bonuses. Each promotion has its own applicable terms. jaya9's decision on all promotions shall be considered final.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jaya9 are operated according to international standards. Bets can be placed at fixed odds before a match starts. For live betting, odds may change from moment to moment, and the odds recorded by the system are final.

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is void, it will be removed from the total odds.
• jaya9 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games operate at a set RTP (Return to Player) rate. The outcome of each round is independent and does not depend on the outcome of any previous round. If an error or malfunction occurs in the gaming software, the result of the relevant round may be voided and the stake for that bet will be returned.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaya9:

• Using artificial betting strategies to claim bonus benefits or meet wagering requirements.
• Placing opposing bets on both sides at the same time (arbitrage).
• Using bots or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Accessing another member's account or using their personal information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Involvement in such activities will result in the account being immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

7 VIP Program

jaya9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is a return paid at a set rate on the net loss (total losses minus total winnings) for that week. For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

7.1 VIP Tier Changes

Members may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular gaming activity and engagement on the platform. A tier may be reduced due to inactivity. VIP benefits apply only to the member's own account and are not transferable.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the request is made. Unused bonuses will be forfeited once the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jaya9

jaya9 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Providing false identity documents or information.
• Account security issues.
• Extended inactivity.
